I had the great opportunity to meet
Cristina Hernandez, a part-time Professor at
Tecnologico de Monterrey, Guadalajara campus in the department of International Business and the Department of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, at the recent
Utah Global Forum (9/24/14). She is also the founder of
Managed Strategies, an international sales and market entry consultancy.
When I conducted a little research, I discovered that Cristina authored an interesting paper entitled, "
An Entrepreneur's Guide To Lean Exporting." In it, she talks about how to validate opportunities in a foreign market quickly and gain new sales sourced from abroad.
Read the entire paper
here.
