Can you tell us what the specific URL was for the report you mention? I went to the www.export.gov site and could not find the document.

Here's what you do. Go back to
http://www.export.gov and find the search button at the top of the page. Click on that and then paste in these exact words:
"The Role of Small & Medium-Sized Enterprises in Exports to China" -- and it should come up both the PDF file for downloading and a link to HTML text.
