Global Small Business Owners Wear Many Hats

Patsy Ramirez-Arroyo, owner and founder of Homera, located in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico says:

A business owner of a small company has to wear many hats and needs to be able to adjust on the fly. It is also extremely challenging working with other companies and people who do not hold to the same professional standards.
