Make the Online Customer Experience Easier and Stress-Free

Customer experience consultant Ian Golding challenges us with this notion:  What would the world of business really be like if all companies were run by Jeff Bezos?

In terms of ever meeting Bezos, Golding says:  "I would give him a hug to say thank you – thank you on behalf of customers all around the world for putting us truly at the heart of everything his organization does."

One thing we all know for sure is that Bezos has laser focus on what he desires to achieve.  He says:
“As we get ready for this upcoming holiday season [2016], we are focused on making the customer experience easier and more stress-free than ever.”
