Customers Want a Global Reach. Give It To Them

What's holding you back from going global?  Is it no demand from current customers?  Lack of personnel resources to expand? Reach maximum capacity on all fronts -- people, manufacturing and financially, for example?  Or are you afraid of expanding into markets in which English is not the dominant language?
