How to Spark Global Entrepreneurship

The United States has committed to a big, audacious goal to expand economic opportunity for all, especially women and youth.  The U.S. will spark $1 billion in new private investments over the next three years for entrepreneurs worldwide, including social entrepreneurs. Half of these investments will be generated by women and young entrepreneurs.

What this says is that the Administration has delivered on its commitment to greatly expand and support global entrepreneurship and economic opportunity around the world.
