So many small businesses have dreams...I agree, Ray. So many small businesses have dreams of going global, but they don't take the time to develop and perfect their products or services. And that goes along with number two on the list. Business owners may think their product or service is great, but they need to be flexible and open-minded enough to listen to the opinions of international customers as well.
