According to OECD Survey, Shanghai Ranks First in Maths, Science and Reading

Asian countries nailed their top positions on global education recently, with students from Shanghai ranking first in maths, science and reading.
The three-yearly report by the Paris-based [Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development] (OECD), based on surveys of more than half a million 15-year-olds in 65 countries, saw Shanghai, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan and South Korea take the top five top places for maths skills.
